Arau Open Public Speaking & Debating Championship 2010 (AROPSDEC) is one of many Debating Championships in Malaysia. AROPSDEC has been introduced by UiTM Perlis Public Speaking & Debating Club (UPDEC) from the very beginning and has been hosted at UiTM Arau Perlis.Besides that, AROPSDEC combines two categories, Malay & English for the debating environment. The championship has lasted for 5 years in a row starting from 2005. Other than that, this championship has its own specialty n themes differs from year to year. Participation of international involvement just been introduced in 2009. In year 2010, Public Speaking Championship will be added into AROPSDEC and this will open a new angle of perspective to the event. The continuity of this event is highly awaited by debaters from Malaysia as well as from other countries.
